A car requires 3 parking spaces. One for home, one for work and one for shopping. That's the equivalent of 45.15 square meters (486 sq. ft.) of prime Real Estate. Geez, the first floor of my house is about 1,500 sq. ft.
An average parking space is 9' x 18'
